Get an Injector
This product did work in the end but since I didn't have an injector tip I had to really work to get it in there. If you don't have a wide grout line you're going to need an injector. The tiles I used it under are much more solid than they were.

Almost had it
The product is not unique. Find one with an injector. If you drill a hole that doesn't lead to the cavity, it will fill partially or, worse, it will feel like it's filling when it's actually coming out of the tube inside the back part. I spent hours scrubbing and cleaning it up off the tile after it spilled everywhere. How many more cents would it have cost to add an application tip/needle etc...? Not sure, but IMO would have been worth it to add it and top off the price by a few cents. It took 4 tubes to do this job (because three busted out the back), I had to drill about 6 holes, unsure if I actually filled the whole thing but ultimately I hope it did. Not worth the trouble. PS of you have small grout lines especially avoid this.

Worked
A little thinner than I expected but it worked well

Too much work but it depends
Depending on the situation you have, it will work. However it is time consuming, and the trick is determine where you're going to drill and where it's hollow.

Hit or miss
I had high hopes for this product to fix a couple of tiles that seemed to hollow up after time. The downfall is that you must hit an open spot in the thin set the tile is sitting on when drilling into the grout. If you don't, then you are only filling the hole you drilled. That means it could take many more holes than you think and even still you may not be able to find that open spot.I tried 3 tiles, the first one I drilled 3 holes on 3 sides, one hole was lucky and I pumped in almost a full cartridge of glue. That one worked nicely however the other two I could not find an opening in the thin set to get the glue in the remaining tiles basically filling just the hole.
