Appears to be a good incubator
This seems to be a good incubator for the price! I’m still waiting for my eggs to hatch, so we’ll see how well it worked. There was a problem with the power cord connection though. After emailing the seller, I got a discount for the faulty piece so all is well!Follow-up: I had good success with the eggs I incubated. I love that it has a humidity reading and a day counter. I would recommend this incubator!

Good customer service
The unit we purchased didn't hold the correct temperature so we lost 72 eggs in two batches but the customer service was top notch. We asked for a new heating element to switch it out and they contacted the manufacturer and had one sent asap, free of charge. I do have to use a heat gun to melt the hot glue covering the wires so I can make the switch of components. I will update my review once I have done this to see if this fix gets the unit up to temperature. As of now it only reaches 89 degrees, which isn't enough to hatch hens eggs, let alone guinea eggs. We were able to keep the humidity fairly stable, though as other reviews state, the water level is hard to regulate as it is below the eggs on the bottom with only a small hole for adding and impossible to remove water without removing the cover and all the egggs and turner. Expensive if it doesn't end up working because one test of the unit trying to hatch a batch of eggs puts you over the return window if it doesn't work.

KEEP THE PACKING FOAM AROUND THE MACHINE. The incubator is way too sensitive to external changes.
The temperature fluctuated too much all the time the eggs were in and the humidity didn't went over 65 % even when I tried. On top of that the noise of the temperature alarm was making us crazy.I put 22 eggs and only 7 hatchet successfully. I read somebody asking about keeping the packing foam around the machine, which I think shouldn't be necessary, but I rescued the foam from my garbage can and after cleaning the machine put the foam around. I tried but couldn't reprogram the machine to get day 0 again.I'm incubating again and can see that, with the foam, the humidity and temperature are under control. Lets see what happen this time around.

So far it's running.
When you get it, CALIBRATE THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR. It will probably show it is off by possibly up to 5 degrees. This will seem like you can't get it hot enough in there, even if it is up all the way. By calibrating the sensor you will be able to get it up to the temperature needed.I give it 4 stars because I just started using it, it seems to work fine, but I'll come back after the hatch date.

Nice, but...
I couldn’t get humidityto register right. Showed high humidity even with no water. Ended up using a different incubator.

Problem with temp
I have only used this 3 time and didn't even hatch half the eggs. I used it 2 times last yr lost eggs. This yr I set 13 eggs and got 5 lost the rest. The temp doesn't hold it you change it from factory settings. Also it takes a lot to change the temp. The direction say push the and push finished nope you have to keep doing it to change. It is nothing but a pain and the eggs don't hatch

Quiet and control ease.
JUST got this one today. It’s plugged in to reach optimum humidity and heat. It’s quiet as a mouse. It’ll take a hatching time discover ease of cleaning and hatch rate. I anticipate good results.
