The lights for charging/charged/battery dead or hooked up to outlet are all the same RED. This product makes me see red. There aren't any directions or reviews for these ear buds ( I know I'm to blame bc I took a chance on a product that hasn't been reviewed) and the manual is pointless and I followed all steps. Once u get them hooked up one of them keeps unpairing. The battery life is 1 1/2 hours max only playing music (no phone calls , movies etc). I just put them on the charger at night hoping they will work the 1 or so hour the next day. Why only a red light

Honestly, I thought I was going to get a great product, but it didn’t even promise half of what was described. The only amazing thing was how fast they delivered my order.The product I got looked the same but the performance was shoddy. When I want to change to the next track, it took a few tries before it finally registers, the connection between the two ear buds dropped with each other a few times, and the battery only lasted four hours. It didn’t matter if I was using one bud or both, it only lasted four hours. While I under stand the average time length for many wireless earbuds to be 3 hours, I was expecting more due to the description from the product.Th sound quality was good and it is nice to be able to listen to your music without needing to turn up the volume. Loved the noise canceling.As for the fit, they were a little big for my ears even when I use the smaller options on the buds and hooks. If you got small ears, they might hurt after about twenty minutes, I think it’s more on getting use to the earbud. I had a similar problem with Apples earbuds and I had finally gotten used to them.I’m planning on returning the ones I got and try another order. Based on the other reviews, I am going to assume I was sent an order product and not the newer version. Hopefully the new ones will fit my expectations on this product.3/29/2019: Just returned my second pair. The battery life was still a miss, this time it only lasted three hours. However, besides that, this product is pretty good. If you are someone who only listens to music for only short periods of time, like going on an hour walk or doing some medium size shopping, this product is for you. However, if you’re like me and you enjoy listening music most of the day or a long audiobook, this product is not it.05/09/2019:A couple of weeks ago, the original seller contacted me and agreed that I had gotten one of the older models and offered me a newer one for free. I received them about a week ago and they were much, much, much better.They were definitely more comfortable to wear, the controls were different as that holding the right earbud skips the track forwards while the left earbud skips the track backwards. It also includes volume control for each earbud, right is louder while left is softer. Also the connection has not dropped like with the older ones. Battery life was as advertised to be 6 hours.If you get a defective product that does not match up with what was advertised with Amazon, contact the seller. I have tried to purchase this item twice through Amazon only to get the older versions of it that did not match up. There is a good chance that some of the bad reviews were because Amazon were shipping outdated products.

The left earbud goes in and out so I only receive good clear sound through the eight ear bud. They are somewhat comfortable but they pop out after about 5 minutes. You have to keep pushing them in. Then when you push them in they turn off. . The battery did not last long at all on full charge. Also I could only get a few steps away from my phone before the only good earbud would go out. I hate them. It was a waste of money. I wish I would’ve saved the box and still had the address so I could send them back and get my money back. Such a waste. I wish I would’ve just went ahead and bought the more expensive tried and true brand instead of this pathetic waste.

The buds quit pairing about 2 days outside the return window. No amount of tech support hard resetting would re-pair them. Shortly after, the left slave bud quit working entirely for no logical reason. Stopped taking a charge, just completely dead. Battery life was as advertised though, so that’s a plus. Would not recommend purchasing.

There is a problem with one of the charging contacts. I have to put pressure on the case to make contact. Intermittent audio distortion. The base could have a heavier tone and the treble is a bit tinny when set to its highest level. Use your cell to make adjustments. Be careful how you make contact with it, very sensitive. You could trigger an action you did not intend to do. The fit is good. It is ok for the price.

These are amazing. They fit great, they look great, and they work greatIt’s been a few months and while they still work, the sync is all kinds of messed up. One headphone is always going on and out, especially if you’re moving

It's the third wireless earphone I've purchased. Compared to my previous two, it's better on the audio. It's pretty light and comfortable. My ears do not feel pain wearing it even after 2-3 hours. Noise-Canceling is another advantage compared to my other phones. What surprised me the most is the waterproof design. So I can wear it swimming. The price is cheap. It's a perfect gift for friends.

The thing that I hated most about the earphones was that you have to pair them separately. Then one would disconnect ok ut of no where. The souls quality was great though.
