Lion Energy Pellet Stove - 13,650 BTU - Heats a 400 sq. Foot Area - Electric Pellet Heater

Th stove came to the house used it was supposed to be new. Scratched dirt and pellets throughout. Not satisfied!!!

This stove doesn’t appear to be state certified and our homeowners insurance will cancel us if we use this stove.

Great size for our small cabin. Would have been good to have the correct owners manual with all the pages. The one sent had the installation page missing.

A quick edit the exhaust is 3.25" external diameter, and a standard 3" internal diameter.It's a slick little design I was very hopeful I was going to be able to try it out tonight and see how it does.So I'm at work all day and I get a notice my stove is delivered. So I spent about 6 hours of my day excited and looking forward to coming home and checking out my new stove. Look at the photos. This is not how this connector is supposed to be. How would you feel and what would you think if you were to see something this small damaged; what do you think this stove has been through during shipment? I haven't even plugged it into the wall. So I spend over $700 on something and I need to fix it in order to even try it out. And yes for anybody complaining about the pellets they have to try it out before they ship it to make sure it functions and that the auger works. It would be nice not to have pellets in the electrical components that I'm supposed to plug that broken connector into. Yes funny enough that component was not wrapping bubble wrap but all flanges that are made out of metal are wrapped in bubble wrap... So as of right now my first impressions are full of critiques in order for the company to do better. I have work in shipping and freight transportation for 10 years. And I would strongly suggest re-evaluating the packing.Well let's see how it goes folks.*UPDATE* Just received the replacement from Lion Energy, simple unplug the old one and plug this one in.I already had it all hooked up so after replacing that wire bundle, I fired it up. And I am really impressed with this little pellet stove!I will say that it does consume more than .66 pounds per hour. It does put out a generous amount of heat for its size. I like It.

We love this stove! Heats our living room at very little cost. Arrived fast, just in time for first early snow fall.Easy to set up, smaller perfect size, wife had it hooked up and working before I got home from work.
