You definitely get your moneys worth with this purchase. The mail box is made with weather and extended use in mind. Very strong and durable. Is easy to install. I suggest a good post to match, and support the weight of this mail box. Not the usual standard thickness. The operation of the door, flag and lock are superb. Operate smoothly. This mail box is supplied with 3 very high quality keys. You can register on-line for the warranty, in the event you would lose your key. Love this feature. I chose the black. The paint on the exterior and interior are smooth and well coated, and even. As mail boxes go…very pleased with my purchase . Not that I think I would need another one any time soon. I would recommend this Brand highly, to my friends and family. Or an Amazon customer.

I just upgraded to the Mail Boss 7506, and I am loving the added weight - not just because it is sturdy, but because I imagine any would-be mail thieves would need a forklift to take it down!Seriously though, this mailbox looks great and the locking mechanism gives me peace of mind. A solid and secure mailbox. Heavy duty and lockable, looks great and easy installation with the included hardware. I bought a second one for my daughter and son in-law who really likes ours. I purchased separate steel posts for both boxes as they do not come with the box.

Love our mailbox lost key! After reading all the information on this mailbox, I understand that we’re supposed to be three keys. We only received two. Unfortunately, we lost one and we need another replacement. How would I go about going to get another key made? I do have a code number on the key that we do have Please advise.

Best looking mailbox on the market, BUT I wish they had a non-locking version. Having to pull out a key every time you check your mail is kinda overkill IMO as I’m not THAT paranoid and live in a pretty safe neighborhood. No one in my entire neighborhood has a locking mailbox. I’ve seen people mod these taking out the lock, adding a pull handle and magnets, but it just stinks that Mailboss doesn’t even have one in their lineup, perhaps making it a tad cheaper. But I can see how the locking aspect might be important to some people, so I can’t really knock it for that.I’m also not a fan of how the door just completely falls as there’s absolutely zero tension and it’s an extremely heavy door. Also seems like the mail carrier would hate the mailbox as inserting mail needs to be done 2 handed pulling the door down just enough to leave an opening in, but I suppose that’s their problem.All in all, I was looking for looks over function and this delivered. This seems to be the go-to mailbox for the modern wood plank mailbox that’s trendy right now, so I got it for that. While I’m not finished with it, it achieves the look perfectly.

I love this mailbox. Exactly as described and a good size to receive small packages. It is sturdy and durable and secure. I love the privacy and look of it. Confident my mail will be weather protected.
