Perfect antidepressant substitute!!
This product is a perfect substitution for anti-depressants! I do not like the side affects for all the chemical based medicications and optivite is only vitamins. My shipment came a day early, I am very pleased with amazon and the product itself.

This vitamin was recommended to me by my OBGYN. I never had PMS before, but after turning forty, I started to experience cramps, horrible backache pain and moodiness two weeks before getting my period.
