A little softer then I’m used to but ok

Well, for one thing, it was nice and clean, a big difference compared to my original 25 year-old cervical collar. However, I am very glad that I bought this new one as it has the original stiffness that gives me much better neck and head support. If a customer is pondering replacing an old collar, I would recommend the ProCare Cervical Collar for very good support.
