For some reason this is saying it wasn't delivered, but it was. This adapter is good to change from iPhone to VGA and HDMI. It is very convenient to connect TV with HDMI. It is easy to watch movies and play games on TV. So far so good.

I bought this so I could record video right out of my iPad or iPhone to my Atomos Ninja 2 recorder via HDMI.I can record videos right out of both devices and can convert still photos into video footage for editing into my productions.I'm happy with it. Wish it was cheaper but it works well so it's got that going for it.

I bought an off brand lightning connector...didn't work at all, waste of money. I purchased this for an easy way to be able to watch tv in the camper. We will be able to watch streaming channels through this device. I love it. Absolutely worth the price....first time used it worked great. Works every time, No more frustration.

A real hdmi adapter for iOS devices should be plug & play; you plug it in and it should automatically mirror your screen. Upon plugging this device into you phone and running the hdmi cable to your screen/monitor, a screen appears in Chinese with a QR code requiring you to download an application. An iOS screen then pops up asking you to enter a code, a code which is not listed anywhere. I personally didn’t feel comfortable downloading and installing an app which was only written in Chinese. As such I chose to return this item and purchase the actual hdmi adapter from apple.
