Amazon seems to have lost my earlier review, so I'll say this again. Great system. I keep mine in the kitchen, with plump, healthy red wigglers, and no odor. I do have lots of "bedding" and "habitat" in the bin, and occasionally when I add water there is an earthy smell for a few hours but that's all. It helps to research what to feed the worms and how to maintain this system, instead of just dumping things in. I would recommend this system to anyone who is serious about vermiculture.

I don't know where my earlier review is either, but I gave the product one star because the inventor was just a plain jerk.The Worm Hotel is holding up well. It's great. It still gets 4 stars because of the inventor sounding off unprofessionally via email. I recommend it. However, don't make the mistake of buying CPVC to make the frame, make sure you buy PVC or that whoever you send to buy it gets PVC. That is all!A.T.MS
