Such a great bag. I bought this a few months ago from Burlington Coat Factory in grey and I have nothing but praise! I've taken it on public transportation more times than I can count, for one, and I've walked around for hours with friends with this bag. Even with all of my essentials for a day out (meaning chargers, money, a bottle of water, etc.) and my laptop, I still never have an issue with the weight or stress on my shoulder, which is important for me since I have chronic back pain. I was concerned at first about the back panel of the laptop sleeve not being padded, but the bottom and inside divider are padded, and the faux leather is thick and stiff, so I'm not very concerned. I have a very thin 13.3 inch laptop, but there is plenty of room, so I imagine this bag could accommodate much larger.I take this bag everywhere with me, and even after months of relatively frequent use on public transit, in coffee shops, overnight at friends' houses, and stuffed into a locker at an amusement park, the bag still shows no signs of wear.Though this wasn't the original intent, I've decided to use this bag for school for my upcoming senior year of high school because I'm so in love with how it looks!
