These sleeves are great. Have been doing Crossfit and Olympic lifting for going on 8 years and hadn’t given them much thought but found some knee issues with high-rep squat movements in workouts where my form would start to lag and read a bunch of sleeve articles and reviews.Have been using these for several months now and can definitely attest to the general benefits of their warmth to the joint as well as their support. Heavy squats and lifts feel a lot more solid and they have defintely corrected my issues with form on those high rep workouts.Coming from a rock climbing background I am well familiar with the issue of stinky equipments and was intrigued with the ecoprene as many climbing shoe companies would make big claims about fancy new materials to reduce the foot stink so common in shoes.I can say that these suckers have stayed fresh with no odor issues thus far despite plenty of sweat being run over them. That said, the fact that they don’t absorb sweat means your nicely-wanted knees will pour sweat down your legs, so be aware of that. I’ve not found it to be any kind of issue as far as performance and the sleeves stay in place very well with only minor adjustments required during occasional workouts, but it was pretty striking the first couple times I used them.Overall a great product and planning to get a pair for my wife who has taken up powerlifting.

This is my second pair of WORKT 7mm knee sleeves and they are one of the best on the market. They slide on easily even though they are 7mm in thickness. They are not as stiff/supportive as other 7mm sleeves but they definitely do the job.You can use these in place of 5mm sleeves and still get the comfort and flexibility you require. My knee measures 43 cm; an XL per the size chart and the sleeves are snug but not overly tight. I believe they would still fit a 45 cm or 46 cm knee--tightly.

It’s a bit snug around my leg not to snug where i don’t feel circulation but it’s just enough. Hopefully that’s the night real feel . Measures 12 around under the knee that’s why i got my size. As far as performance, WOW. My knees feel great! I do Street Parking workouts and ABSOLOUTLY LOVE THE FEEL. Getting another one ASAP for my other knee. Feels so nice when i take them off, as if i didn’t do anything to them. The rest of my body however lol... goes in and feels it, in a good way! 💪🏻Worth the buy for me!

Great sleeves. Used them for the first time today on a whole lot heavy thrusters and these sleeves stayed in place despite me sweating in the summer heat, which is more than I can say for a lot of other sleeves I've tried. I'm pretty diligent about cleaning my sleeves after a workout, and I'm happy with these in that aspect as well. Also, these stayed in place and made fast rope climbs a lot less painful for my shin. All around great product! Delivery was fast and competitively priced.

So far so good. I like these. I haven't had knee compression sleeves before. Most of my friends use this brand at my crossfit gym. They never have had issues. Wore mine the first time yesterday and they worked great. Had shipping delays, but the Workt team made up for it for sure. Did a lot of squats and snatch yesterday, no swelling or pain today.

This is the best knee sleeve I have ever used. I do Crossfit about 4x/week with an emphasis on heavy lifting and this sleeve stays stable and doesn't move. There was a fairly strong plastic type smell when I first got it but it dissipates fairly quickly after use.

You will not find anything better than these . They are supper light but also thick . They move with you and don't hold your knee back. You can squat ass to grass . And heavy
