I have committed to reducing my plastic usage as much as possible in 2019 and decided to try this conditioner as a means to give up the plastic bottle. I was thrilled with how well it worked! My hair is silky smooth and soft, even better than what I can get from my bottled conditioners. I color treat my hair so I need a conditioner that can take out the frizz - this has done it! And I love that I'm helping the environment, too.

I've been using bar shampoo along with this bar conditioner for about a week and a half now, in an effort to reduce packaging waste and potentially hazard materials in my beauty routine. This conditioner bar is a convenient size -- fits right in my palm, and was easy to travel with in my hand luggage recently. It has a fresh, lemony fragrance that doesn't cling to my hair, and I find that I don't need much to cover my medium-length bob.If you're used to the feel of a cream conditioner, this might feel a bit weird at first -- I generally rub the bar directly onto my head, and then also in my hands, before working it through to the hair tips. It doesn't really lather, and you're not going to have the same texture as a slick cream covering your head. But my hair feels soft and clean when I've rinsed it out, and once dried.

I decided to try this conditioner bar in an effort to reduce plastic use and have now made a second purchase, lavender this time. I use conditioner to remove tangles and make my hair easier to brush, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the conditioner bar does a great job smoothing out my hair. My hair feels light after drying. The first bar lasted three months with daily use (actually four months, but I was out of town and didn’t use it for a couple of weeks, and then by the end of the fourth month the bar had basically fallen apart. I decided to try a conditioner bar in order to cut back on my plastic waste. I was VERY skeptical about using a conditioner bar because I have long thick hair and I never thought the bar would be as good as traditional liquid conditioner. After following the instructions and trying it out, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it worked as well as my old conditioner. The scent was also great. I will definitely be buying this again.

I am not in love with formula, hair does not feel soft and hydrated afterwards. It's not terrible but I would not repurchase. Packing is minimal and recyclable.I must say I was a tiny bit disappointed soap dish pictured did not come with it but on the other side it's less waste. This did not count towards my review.

This stuff smells great, doesn’t leave build up in your hair like other conditioner bars, and has so far lasted me 7 weeks. And it’s only half gone! I have very fine, shoulder-length hair, and it doesn’t weigh it down at all.

I was satisfied with this conditioner bar at first. I kept it dry between use, but after about a month of use it got very soggy and fell apart. I had to squish it to a ball to keep it as one piece. It was hard to use after that. I wanted to try something new, but I would not recommend over the other bars I have tried.

This one was a mixed bag for us. It didn't really work for me, but my husband love it. We have very different types of hair and extremely hard water. I have fine wavy hair and he has thick, corse, Italian hair. I hope this helps some.
