The packages were very convenient! It was nice to grab and go as I was leaving my house. I have benefited from using these vitamins and plan on purchasing this product. The only thing that I have struggled with but am finding an alternative solution is the nausea that occurs if I do not eat before taking them. I am trying 1/2 to whole breakfast to see which combo works better in preventing the nausea.
