I love being able to hang multiple towels on this. So much better than everyone squishing their towels on just one or two racks. The install of the rack was easy. Trying to run an extension cord without it crossing a water path was interesting. Will definitely be having my friend come and just hard wire it. The towels themselves only get warm where they come in direct contact with the racks and the heat retains better on thicker towels.

Be careful the descriptions says this product is 'hard wired' which means no cord is seen. HOWEVER, THERE IS A CORD ON THESE.

I have been wanting a towel warmer rack for awhile now and I finally got one. This towel warmer is the perfect size for my bathroom, and it works well. I love having a warm towel when I get out of the shower. I am very happy.

This is a beautiful towel rack. The shape with the curved bars really is nice. Only 4 stars as I thought it would warm the towels warmer then it does. Towel does get warm, just not hot like out of a dryer.

Looks good, but does not warm towels, I let a quality towel sit on this thing wrapped in a few configuration and the unit did not transfer heat well or warm my towel.

We are in the process of remodeling our downstairs bathroom. Recently we stayed in a hotel where they had a heated towel warmer & this just felt so good to have warmed up towels. After searching on line for a reasonable price for heated towel rack, we purchased this one- it does come with a 60 days guarantee if not satisfied. It makes the bathroom look & feel luxurious with this Towel warmer!!!

Before I was able to convince my husband we absolutely NEEDED one of these, he would bring me towels from the dryer. There's nothing better than getting out of a nice hot shower to wrapping up in a nice warm towel. This has eliminated the need for him to bring me towels anymore, and it's right there waiting for me when I get out.Installation was outside my area, and my husband and his friend who is an electrician came and installed it for us. He didn't complain too much afterwards, so I don't believe he had any trouble. Since then I've had zero issues with this and just absolutely love everything about it. From the stainless to it's abilities.I know these are considered "luxeries" but sometimes in life there are things that are worth having, and for me, this is one of those things. I love, love, love that I don't have to rely on my towel guy any longer and can have a warm towel at my reach. I definitely recommend, it works wonderfully!

After going to Europe for vacation and experiencing having a towel warmer in our rooms we definitely wanted one here. Pleased to say that this one warms our towels up in 10 or 15 minutes and also is great for drying anything that is wet or damp. This towel rack is sturdy, easy to set up, keeps towels warm and also looks classy in our bathroom.
