Howewer we supply an accurate assembly diagram and ,in case of need, we render technical assistence by e-mail (in English) in less than 30 minutes every day, 24 hours a day. Really pleased with the staircase which is going on an upstairs site office with no room for a conventional stair. Very well packed and the instructions are in perfect English. (Note to business buyers; if you are VAT reg they don't charge the VAT as per EU rules, first overseas co that has done this for me)
