This was originally purchased for a Fathers Day, the item is really good quality however it looked like it had been used and then returned to the company (probably without their knowledge) so I emailed them and it could not have been sorted quicker and more efficiently. We received the replacement and the old one was collected within a couple of days. Amazing service. I think you can really rate a company not so much on their product, but how they sort any issues that arise. However the product itself is really good quality, thick waterproof material and very easily assembled and packed away. Very impressed and worth the money.

This pop-up tent it is a good size and easy to erect and has worked well in photographing garden birds on our feeders. It is trickier to fold up and put away but will get used to this in time. In some places the stitching does leave holes in the fabric and other places seem to have pinprick holes which let the light in but this is not a major problem. Not a bad tent at all. I am not able to leave comments here regarding the seller experience

I was SO excited to receive this as a temporary measure whilst waiting for my permanent hides to be erected and it didn’t disappoint. It arrived promptly, was well packaged and is very easy to assemble. Comfortably enough space for two adults and plenty of look out options. I can’t wait to get spying on my garden wildlife 😁
