Ultimate Hidden Pictures: Under the Sea

When I think of Hidden Pictures, I think of items hidden within the lines of the drawings. The items in this book are obviously out of place and too easy to spot(for an adult). Granted the drawings are busy and interesting to look at, but it's still not as challenging as others I have found. I like that most of the items were accurate depictions and the idea of it being more comedic. I didn't like that the drawings weren't set to page/book settings. Some items were only half on the page or cut between the pages. I would probably buy another like this even though I prefer other style of hidden picture books.

I'm not ashamed to say I am 24 years old, and I still love hidden picture books! This book is great and really takes me back to my childhood when they would always have a hidden picture game in the comic section of the news paper! This book is actually pretty tough! Each scene takes up both pages so you can't fold the book in half while searching, best to do it while sitting at a table. I also suggest using a pencil, and NOT a marker or sharpie, they bleed through the paper, and since each page is double sided it will ruin the next puzzle! I recommend this to anyone, regardless of age (though you might need to help your kiddo on some of them!)

I as an adult have really enjoyed this book I wish there were more like it

I bought this for my 78 year old mother who has a difficult time getting around but loves to keep her mind active. She enjoys puzzles and word searches so Ultimate Hidden Pictures is giving her hours of entertainment.

One of my twins favorite things to do is hidden pictures. These pictures are full double pages. Takes her longer to find them, and she seems to be enjoying the book. The first double page took some adjusting to her ( previously, books we had were one picture per page). But now the pictures are bigger with more places find the hidden items.

This is one of the few things that my elderly mother can still do. Because of declining memory, my mother does not do a lot of her old activities. She does large print word finds so we decided to try the hidden pictures and it is another act she enjoys and can do independently which is hard to find things that she can do on her own.

I purchased 3 of these for my elderly Mom. She does these kinds of games all the time and really enjoys them. However, on the page titled, Aug day at the beach, she cannot find the alligator or the kangaroo. 3 of us have looked and looked I think it must be a print problem.

This book is black and white. None of the pictures or descriptions that I saw, day this. For some reason, black and white takes some of the fun out of it. Any book along the kind as this should also show and say that the pictures are not color.

I like the idea, but the comment bubbles throughout the book are distracting and some are quite rude and pessimistic.

Great fun to do a bit easier than some his other books so best for younger children only disappointment is that the pages are all black n white the picture shown is in colour but this is just the front page which was disapponting
