Scales for Spyderco para 3 (Carbon Fiber)

Great product. Carbon fiber with hexagons and a high gloss look. The only reason why it's four stars and not five is because I had to clean the edges and some of the inside of the scales that were sticky. This wasn't because of any defect or anything like that as far as I know it's from the process of making carbon fiber. A little soap and warm water on a cloth gets rid of it fairly quickly. From the pictures it's hard to tell just how nice they look. If you know what glossy carbon fiber looks like just picture a classic high gloss carbon fiber with side by side cascading hexagons. The edges and inside are left raw carbon fiber. Also for some reason in the pictures they kinda look like they have a curve to them but they do not they are flat which is good and what I was looking for. Over all Looks great and unique.

My scales fit great. These are very unique and I've never seen another para 3, even on the internet, with these particular scales. The pattern is small hex shapes in true Carbon fiber. If you want something unique and well made give these a try. These to have very shiny, glossy finish to them that reflects light...looking from the inside you can tell it's solid carbon fiber though the outside is textured and glossy.

The scales look nothing like the photo, having said that they are nice smooth pretty glossy switched from black torks to silver torks and filled the lanyard hole.
