are they all individual?

Yes. Each set of bracelets are individual bracelets. You can wear one at a time.

Recently i ordered set d, before even i could receive this item, their price changed. very deceiving and bad practise. why?

I've never had this happen .usually when items are purchaced though Amazon, the money is charged to your bank account/ credit card at the time of order so I don't understand how the price could have changed on you after you ordered and before it's arrival.

Why does it scratch your skin. There very sharp on corners

I sent them back, they broke the first time I put them on. They are separate bracelets combined as a group, poorly string on very cheap clear elastic that was not knotted...so beads fly everywhere. Cute idea but extremely cheap.
