Steady State Adanech Whole Bean Coffee, 12oz Bag, Smooth Light Roast from Ethiopia with Notes of Blueberry, Apple, and Chocolate

I ordered this to get me through a short time while I waited for a different Ethiopian whole bean I had ordered elsewhere to come in. I wasn't expecting much of this, I just knew it would arrive fast. But wow - this has a nice amount of the bright, citrus note that I love. No bitterness - medium acidity. Really excellent roast! Chemex 1:16 @ ~4:15 minutes

So happy to have found this brand! I could tell it was going to be amazing by how amazing it smelled when I opened the bag. Taste is great and the flavor description is spot on. Highly recommend and will definitely be trying other flavors.

I was expecting to buy a fresh roasted coffe and for my surprise the product came 1 week before its expiration date.

This is really delicious coffee! Smooth and mild with a good buzz!Not bitter at all with slight caramel on the back end.

Steady State is amazing!!! This batch of Adanech is definitely on top of my list of favorite coffee beans. It is very clean and slightly sweet at the same time. There is no bitterness to this coffee. Just for reference, I drink my coffee straight up! I do not add any sugar or milk because I enjoy the full flavor of GOOD coffee.

Fantastic coffee that was pleasantly surprised to find on Amazon. Visited their small shop on a family vacation as try to make it a point to explore local roasters when traveling. The downside is that once you run out, it's often difficult to find again. Great coffee that is fruit forward with a delicious chocolate finish. As a bonus, appreciate how Steady State sources direct from the farmers.

I was psyched to see that our favorite medium roast - Space Traveler - is now on Amazon. We love going up to Steady State to get a coffee and a bag of beans, but as it is 15 minutes away, it is not always convenient mid-week. Love that it is now available on Prime!If you love the coffee after ordering here and are somewhat local to Carlsbad / San Diego, check them out on State St and try the Indian Summer Chai, the Honey Please, or their Vanilla Latte (which is my favorite latte anywhere).

I just got this coffee in the mail. Right out of the bag I didn’t like the way it smelled which is odd bc usually all coffee smells amazing. Thought maybe it’s taste better than it smells. Nope. It’s really bad. Has a very bizarre flavor. Maybe I got a bad batch.
