Works like the original oem part
Very, very good product for the price and works great. I have $200 cables all the way down to $10 cables. I can see the similar qualities in these as the higher priced counter parts. Satisfied with this product.

wrong size
I was today going to set up my pc to tv connection and I opened the package to find that the adaptor for the HDMI is to large.I am trying to determine what to do, return the incorrect plug for the correct size or just give up. Since I never had to order this type of plug and did not realize there would be a difference in size, makes sense but I didn't think of it at the time.Any suggestions.Stephanie

Works on monitor for PS3 better than VGA
I purchased this solely for the purpose of using my PS3 on an old flat screen Samsung monitor while my girlfriend watches TV. I had a originally got a PS3 to VGA adapter. The setup for the VGA adapter is freaking complicated & once you have it set up there's no way to switch to another device and switch back again without going through the whole process again. This one was easy and the setup process is much less of a headache.1. Assuming you have an HD TV with an HDMI input turn your PS3 on connected to the HD TV2. Go to "Display Settings" in the XMB3. Select "Video Output Settings"4. Select "HDMI"5. Select "Custom"6. If you have an old monitor select "720p"7. Select "Finish"8. Unplug the HDMI9. Plug in the DVI to HDMI adapter connected to said monitor10. Voila - that was it for me. Hope this helpsThe main reason I picked this - I was having terrible flickering issues with the VGA adapter. Besides the fact that the colors were muted and the whites are over saturated the damn thing would cause the screen to black out for a few seconds while I was playing a game. Anyways... this thing works. No flickering issues and much better color and image production. I'd say get it, if you're like me and want to play your PS3 on every boob tube in your house.
