Bent and broken parts, inadequate installation hardware, but looks great in the end.
There is definitely some assembly required, which isn't unreasonable - the packaging for an assembled unit would be problematic. Just know that it's a bit of work.Three of the eight lightbulb sockets were bent, and two were bad enough that the plastic inside broke. (The sockets are plastic with a very thin metal skin.) And I'm not sure if all of the bends are supposed to be 90 degrees, but they definitely are not. I suppose that gives it a slightly more "organic" look. Basically, I believe that the packaging is inadequate and you'll likely receive damaged parts. However, I was able to bend the thin metal back into shape enough that nobody else will notice. There are also a couple problems with the installation hardware. First, the supplied wiring connector is just silly. That's what the white thing is in the picture. It would be fine for a single or maybe dual bulb fixture, but there is no way you're going to jam 18 wires into that tiny little thing. I ended up using two 4-port push-in connectors to get everything connected. Second, the mounting bracket. You'll likely wan't to align the fixture with the room, but there is no rotational adjustment provided. If your electrical box isn't in just the right position, adjustment is difficult. I got it to work with some additional hardware. Two wall anchors and screws are included, but they didn't work in my application because you don't want to use those for hanging something from the ceiling and the base of the fixture wasn't much larger than the electrical box. After all the installation hassle, I put in 8 LED Edison-style bulbs. I think it looks really cool in this particular room, and provides significantly more light than the previous fixture. Overall I like it, but the broken parts and installation hassle have to decrease the rating. I don't know if the more expensive versions of this style fixture are any better, but I'd look into those before this one next time.

Advanced Installers Only
This thing gets 2 stars only because it looks great once it's installed and was extremely cheap compared to other fixtures like it elsewhere.DO NOT BUY if you haven't worked with house wiring before. The instructions are downright hazardous if followed. Instructions with mine told me to tape the 11 wires together. Please no...use wire nuts. I also taped the wire nuts to the wire bundle to make sure things don't move later. Tape can and does loosen or stretch over time, do not use it as the only method of keeping the wires connected if one or a few of the wires come apart there's a great risk of fire hazzard.Speaking of fire hazzard, throw the included anchors away...never install a light fixture without a junction box behind it. Most houses built in the last 50 years will have it, but I've seen many older houses that don't. Why? Well if you taped those wires together like the instructions suggested and one or a few comes lose and short/spark you want a fire resistant material around it. If you just anchored it to the ceiling without a box, how fire resistant is the wood in your ceiling? Yea...it's like the makers of this fixture want people burning their house down.Other than the dangerously terrible instructions, this thing is a project to assemble. I like these sorts of projects, so it was OK for me and took a little under and hour to assemble. Then installation was just like any other fixture, no big deal. Really pleased with the end result, but seriously concerned about other's experience and the risk associated with following the included instructions.

Good fixture, with a couple of things to keep in mind
Overall, I am happy with the fixture, especially at the price point. Depending on the bulbs used, this can produce a ton of light as there isn’t any defusion or shade. A couple things keep this at a 4-star rating for me: 1) Wiring this up with the supplied connector would not be easy, nor particularly safe in my opinion. You get one 3-wire quick-connect terminal that, hypothetically, you would need to connect eight sockets worth of wires into - I don’t see how that could provide a secure connection. I tossed the connector and used my own. Additionally, If you are uncomfortable with some novice-level electrical work, you should know that the directions are quite sparse and have some translation issues. 2) the materials overall are a bit “meh”. It looks good, but things like the thread on the arms and nuts are of poor quality and don’t screw down easily. Also, the arms are thin metal and will likely start to warp if a heavy LED bulb is used. A couple of mine came slightly bent, but that was an easy fix. That said, it’s a $70 light fixture that looks good and works. I’d still recommend it.

I like it
It was kind of fun to put together and pretty easy just laying it on a kitchen table. As others have mentioned there is a mislabeled arm socket piece and you can figure it out pretty easily so don't go nuts trying to follow their instructions. Just swap two arms that make sense and you are fine. The electrical help provided is weak as I put together 8 wires and a "pigtail" connecting wire that I supplied into a single wire nut that I also supplied. I made several attempts before it looked solid and then taped it with electrical tape. You need to repeat this for the other group of eight wires plus a pigtail. Or, you can try other connector methods which I did consider and reject as these wires are stranded and inserting them into special connectors is a little more challenging. I also opted to find a piece of lamp threading rod from my attic leftovers and attach the unit by screwing it into an existing ceiling box with crossbar and threaded hole. This was really easily but you need to get a proper length rod and that took some looking on my part. These cost maybe 50 cents at a hardware store.I like the look and my lamp arrived well packaged and without blemish.

Muy buena calidad por el precio
Me gusta mucho su diseño, no ocupa casi nada de espacio y se instala muy sencillo con dos agujeros en el techo
