I’ve had eye surgery and my distance is Great, but can’t see things up close and I hate the on/off of regular size lenses. These are PERFECT to leave on and look over the top. I wear them all the time and this is my second set. I keep them all over including a pair in the car and in my purse. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Use for reading for less than 30 minutes *by P***O on Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2020* They are ok. They seem to break in and get less stiff in the hinges the more that I wear them. I had a bit of a hard time becoming accustomed to them. At first I couldn’t use them to read with. After trying to use them on several days in a row for about 5 minutes a day, my eyes seem to have adapted and now I can use them. They are not as nice to use as my prescription progressive lenses. However, I’m trying to protect my good glasses so that they’ll last longer. I use these readers in bed so that if I fall asleep with them on my face, I don’t break my good glasses. I also wish I had chosen larger lenses. Getting these in the right place on my nose in order to use them for reading is a bit challenging . Otherwise, for plastic lenses at a inexpensive price, these are ok and I can use them. I keep them by the bed and use them for reading a short time. My eyes start watering if I use them for more than a half an hour. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too narrow for most adult faces. *by K***T on Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2021* Husband bought these hoping to have a few pairs of readers to take to work. The case for them is very protective and that was their high point. Problems:1. The lens is so shallow (height) that it is hard to hit the sweet spot to read, which is their purpose.2. The lens were very close together which means you have to spring the temples to get them on. For a very petite woman they might work.
