Piel Leather Large Shopping Bag, Saddle, One Size

Office worker, lite duty use, not used for shopping bag. Corner piping has worn out, wife loves the bag just expensive, for life of bag.

100% Amazing Bag. Worth every penny.Bought the Saddle color in 2017 and have been abusing this HUGE leather bag ever since.I take it everywhere. Trips. Back forth to work. My 15 lb JRT fits in it for jaunts into the shops. I leave this bag in my car A LOT so it’s super faded and pretty scuffed up from my abuse and dragging it everywhere.Spilled many water bottles in it so yeah there are lots of water stains. Oh well.Could probably add some Lexol leather conditioner to revive it but I really don’t care. TONS of pockets just as described.Measurements are true as listed.All the zippers still work.Stitching is all still good.Does the job. If it falls apart tomorrow I certainly got my moneys worth out of it.Buy 2 - one to keep nice and one to abuse.

I was in search of a large bag that will travel well on an airplane with my purse, jacket, ipad, sunglasses and other random articles, with the ability to zip the top for security. After much searching, I bought this bag because it has space on the outside end for a water bottle as well as three other front flat pockets for items that don't have to be secured. As others say, it is very large and spacious. Unfortunately there is only one, relatively small zipper pocket inside (too small for my ipad, so I purchased a separate small organizer to place inside the bag. I really wanted more functionality inside the bag to organize items, but for a large professional looking leather bag, choices are limited. The bag is large enough that smaller items tossed into the bag are hard to locate. The other outside small pocket just above the zipper will fit a large sized phone, or keys or items you want nearby without searching inside the bag. That's handy if your purse is zipped up in the bag. The leather seems nice and smooth and is fairly soft. The straps seem very sturdy and long enough to pick up the bag and put over the shoulder with one arm, which is helpful. Aside from the lack of inside pockets, the only other complaint is that the top zipper is set about 3" below the top edge of the bag. I understand it being a little lower than the top, but that placement loses a lot of space for those of us who plan to fill it up and zip the bag. Overall, very nice tote.

Still in great shape, I've used as an oversized purse/laptop bag for school and more recently as my go to weekend (sometimes week long) travel bag. It holds everything I need to accompany my husband on short trips. I have been looking for a replacement (c'mon, it's been 7 YEARS), but have yet to find something that measures up. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

Daughter's Christmas wish list- Frye type bag to bring computer and things to work- that has a wide opening to easily access items. And to use as a tote to carry extra items on weekend trips to cabin - ( oh I had a Pinterest photo to go on)- she said- leather or alternative ( I've seen some alternatives that 'pass'- fairly well - she was clear on the color though.My search- began at TJ Maxx- and Marshals I went to every one with a 25 mile radius / Nordstrom Rack- - ordered a couple 'alternative' leather - 5 stars from Nordstroms- checked Etsy- eBay- Amazon.Problems I ran into-- colors were off * opening not wide enuf * straps were too purse like * price * cheap looking * came from different country/ shipping charge/ return policy/ arrival time * - BOTTOM LINE- it's just hard to order online a purchase like this!- I'm a choosy shopper for myself- so I don't fault my daughter.Well- I was up during the night- on Amazon and came across this bag- I knew it!!! THIS WAS IT!!! And IT WAS!!! - SHE - AND I LOVED AND LOVE IT! - it's light weight-, everything you could want in a tote bag- looks like it costs at least twice the price! Very high quality! I have a Frye bag- and I much prefer a bag like this.

It was what I had originally wanted but it was the closest thing that I could get and to my surprise it was better than I expected you can tell this is a quality bag a quality company IME it comes with the dust bag it has beautiful high quality stitching and it is not hard leather it is a buttery worn in soft leather it would amaze me if it had been something totally different. But it was the closest thing that I could get to what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations I am definitely keeping this and the funny thing is I got this for only $68 because it was a use vague it don't look used to me at all

Several years ago, I bought a black one of these, and loved it. I really don't know what happened to it. This one in saddle is absolutely wonderful to carry, and it is really great leather. It stands up nicely, although the straps flop to the side. The straps are long enough that I can hang it over the arm of my desk chair, and poke printed documents into the satin lined interior, or stick USB thumbdrives into one of the 3 outside flat pockets. My Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" goes into the wide outside pocket. There is a 4th outside pocket on one end, which is where I keep my slippery smartphone....that is roomy enough for my hand to retrieve the phone if it rings.Without a doubt, this bag is going with me when I attend a convention in June. I'm sure it will carry items I pick up there, and a small overnight bag will serve for the clothing I'm taking. No picture now, it would be hard to top the ones submitted by other reviewers!

I bought this bag after my sister got one for Christmas - and it is one of the best purchases I have made! I have used it DAILY for two and a half years, and it is just now showing wear (I've only conditioned it once). I have stuffed it to the brim with a laptop, camera equipment, hard drives, notebooks, cardigans, slung it from coast to coast - in short, I have not been kind to it, but it has not let me down. Highly recommend if you're looking for something that you can carry a LOT in. I also love the "secret" pocket in the lining at the top! And the fact that the entire thing zips up the main section is especially important for me. Highly recommend!
