Titan Flame Model EF-30B 26" Curved Insert Electric Fireplace

I emailed the seller this question:I am interested in the Titan EF-30B 26" fireplace. I was about to order it but notice 2 things that concerned me. In the reviews section people are talking about fenders and in the URL https://www.amazon.com/2013-2015-Keystone-Laredo-Fender-Russet/dp/B073JSNGQB#Ask a 2013-2015 Keystone Laredo Fender is referenced. I don't want a fender. I want a fireplace.Can you assure me that if I place the order I will get the Titan EF-30B 26" fireplace?And received this answer;If you order a fireplace, you’ll receive a fireplaceTake from that response what you will. despite the url and reviews for fenders, I did receive a fireplace and am very happy with it. It was packaged in a large box, and inside of that box was the manufactures box so the product was not damaged during shipping. It looks great and works as described. One thing that drove me nuts about shopping for these items are no one has the proper dimensions for the rough opening. The back of this device measures 25" across (some pan head screws mean a little more than 25" is needed, maybe 25 3/8) and 20 1/2 inch tall and 6" depth. Not the advertised 26" W X 6" D X 21" Had I gone by these dimensions I would not have ordered the product because my travel trailer's cutout was only 25 1/2 width by 20 1/2 height by 7 depth. This is not the sellers fault as the manufacturer lists the incorrect dimensions.The item came quickly.

Bought this as a direct replacement for the 3-year old one that was in the RV (same model number). That one had shorted out the blower motor. The shipping box the heater was in...was packed into another box and spray insulation was used as "packing foam" between the two; not sure who thought that was necessary...but it was extremely annoying to unpack. The old one was able to carry the heating needs of this trailer until the outside temps dropped into the upper 20s before it's failure. This one doesn't seem to run as long while it is heating...sometimes I have to run other heaters to keep the RV comfortable. Not overly thrilled with this one, but needed to replace the old one quickly when it suddenly died in mid-December.

I bought this product. It fit nicely into the existing hole. That is the only nice thing I have to say. The FIRST one the company sent me turned out to be defective. I complained and ElkMountain did replace it. The second one worked for the first three times I turned it on but now this one has the same issue. It blinked off and will not turn on. DO NOT BUY THIS. It is utter garbage.

As good as original. Not an exact match but you can't see both sides at the same time unless you have chicken eyes.Measure all dimensions on your fender to make sure you are satisfied. If within a 1/2" you will be ok. More than that can cause fitment issues.

I blew a tire on my last trip in Texas. The tire tore the fender off of my 2013 Keystone Laredo 5th wheel trailer. I wasn't sure if I was even going to be able to find a new fender. I found this fender and ordered. Arrived on time and packaged good so no shipping damage. The new fender looks as good if not better than the original. The mounting hole where not pre- drilled but during the replacement I found it was better to drill my own holes anyway.Very satisfied with the shipping and the product !!

This was an exact replacement for the fireplace in my RV.... I only hope the heater part lasts longer then the first fireplace.

Excellent addition to a 2019 Coachmen Concord 300DS. Prefect fit and puts out suffice to heat for cool days.
