very nice laptop, very lightweight and portable, amazing battery life, the only downside to the product is that it only had 64gb of memory and would need to either upgrade the memory with SSD M.2 or use an external hard drive, so all in all laptop is great for college/uni work.

Started right from the box. It was easy to upgrade to Standard Windows 10 but I could not get the promised 1 year Office365 to work, (perhaps i did not try hard enough). The 64Gb makes it possible to use on its own for a little while, but my plan all along was to buy an external SSD, this was very easy to order and install. My daughter tells me it's barely fast enough for Minecraft and Sims3, so I wouldn't try any recent games on it, but that wasn't to be expected. My main issue is that it drops web pages every ten minutes or so, see screenshot, forcing me to reload. The WIFI reception is weaker than my other devices, so we can't stray too far from the router. Also, I have had a number of blue screens although i only bought it a few months ago. If I had to buy a laptop today, I would probably spend a bit more than this.

YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE BATTERY.The 1 year warranty does not apply to the installed battery. The battery only has 6 months warranty.Trekstor will not sell the batterries and charge 80 euros to change it for you, and you have to send it to Germany.Batteries are very, very hard to come by, even from Chinese websites.The battery on my Trekstor Surfbook, which is very similar to the Primebook, lasted less than a year, but as I said, the warranty will not cover it. This is a disgrace. It is a rip-off.DO NOT BUY
