I did not get in contact with the seller but as soon as I opened the package, I jumped online and requested a refund. First of, the seller described it as a nice purse with fake but real looking leather. This purse looked like something I made out of plastic bottles. Onto of that, it smelt like raw fish. it was completely disgusting. I sent it back immediately the next day. Also, they mad the purse seem deep in the description when in all reality, I have the MacBook Air and when put my laptop in horizontally, a good potion of my laptop was sticking out. Would not recommend to ANYONE to buy from this seller, let alone this pursue at all.
