Baked, Baking Mix Brownie Brooklyn Blackout, 16.6 Ounce

Delicious! My mother-in-law has Celiac disease and to be honest, we dread the usual gluten-free desserts, which are typically overly sweet or are too dense. A friend recommended this mix (who doesn’t love BakedNYC?) and without telling anyone in the family it was gluten free, everyone in the family aged 3-80 loved it and asked for seconds. Mother-in-law (in on the secret) gave it two thumbs up. The last step of slowly folding the mix into the batter was a bit tricky. I recommend using a Kitchenaid with a spatula paddle or just accepting the good arm workout. It’s well worth it! I will be stocking our pantry with this!

These gf brownies trick you into thinking you're eating a full gluten brownies! Insanely chocolately without being overwhelmingly rich, excellent texture and super easy to whip up. My husband's the GF one in the family and I usually think GF baked goods are passable at best but these are a total exception- even I (a serious chocolate snob) loooooved these!

I found out a year ago that I have celiac disease and was so bummed because i love pastries. I was shocked when i tried this GF Brownie. The taste is amazing, nothing like the dozens of store bought mixes i have tried. THANK YOU Baked. You gave me hope that companies are working hard to cater to people like me. I really enjoyed the brownie!!!!! I Highly recommend it !!!

Tried these in part because Baked is local (not the mix packagers, but the actual bakery). We were pleasantly surprised by how good they are. They are good brownies, not just good brownies for gluten free. If you are expecting a Duncan Hines type, shiny topped, sickly sweet brownie, these are probably not your thing. If you'd like a dense, fudgyy, dark chocolate brownie with chocolate chips, these tick the boxes. Nice gooey center.

Been looking for easy to bake gluten free brownie mix for ages, and this one blew me away! Gluten free baking can be quite dense but these came out light and spongy. I recommend adding some nuts to give them a little more texture. Highly recommend. So easy to make.

These brownies are soooo bad! How bad are they? These brownies are so bad, a kid would try to feed them to the dog under the dinner table. I bought three boxes simply because the regular version of these used to be sold at Williams Sonoma and they were da bomb! Now that I'm gluten free, I thought I had found dessertopia. They looked and smelled wonderful. I took a bite. My friend took a bite. The rest went into the garbage. Want a couple of free boxes? I have two.

Meh. These are okay. I guess after using the Baked recipes I was expecting more of a Wow. Still waaaay better than any box mix on a grocery shelf, mind you. Easy to make and nice packaging.
