Q: Are these wide or medium fit?

They are medium fit ,but are very hard wearing and adapt to your foot size

Q: Do you have heel inserts?

The slippers do not have removable insert but they do have a thin foam lining, they also have a raised heel. My wife finds them very comfortable.

Q: Are these light weight

Not really. Sole is not foam, but quite solid. Great for nipping out to bins in the wet. So would say more medium weight.
