Keeps my coffee hot for approx14 hours and warm the rest of the time.
I like that it is easy to push the lever down to pour my coffee into my mug. I have had other carafes that it was difficult to push down to disperse the coffee.

Dented
Giant dent. Amazon sent me a second one and the dent is worse then the first one. It does mot come packed in an Amazon box . Just the manufacturer box. Back it goes again

Does not keep coffee hot!
My wife makes coffee every morning about 9 AM and by12:01 PM we have TEPID coffee. It is not hot at all even though the company states it will keep coffee hot for up to 24 hours. BALONY! It can't keep coffee hot 3 hours. I would like a return/refund to try someone else's pot Please advise.

Nice appearance, easy to use and clean
I loved my carafe. It keeps my tea hot for hours and it is easy to keep clean. I recommend it!

Bottom separated after 2 months
The bottom of the carafe separated from the container about 2 months after using it. It still works, just the bottom is off so there is a small knob at the center of the bottom. The knob is very small but looks like that is what the bottom was glued to. Overall the carafe is still functional, just looks bad now.

No heat retention
We are a family of coffee drinkers and we bought this carafe as a spare. We have only used it a handful of times but I am going to toss it out. There is no heat retention. 2 hours later, the coffee is lukewarm at best. I strongly recommend buying another carafe before this one.

Rubber gasket at bottom broke away
I am sooo disappointed! This promised to be a good product, but the rubber bottom ring has broken away.I dont know how to contact the seller to get a replacement..I hope this is just a defective product rather than a design flawplease help me! I do need a carafe, but not one that is falling apart.Esther

Just what I needed, no regrets on this purchase.
Perfect for our conference meetings at work. Kept the coffee hot for hours. I purchased 4 of these. Not sure about the 12 hours, the coffee was gone well before 12 hrs were up. Easy for using to pour, no straining to press the lever or undoing the lid. Happy we have these in our possession for use again and again.
