This camera is super easy to setup and gives you a lot of options, it is extremely good for monitoring movement when well adjusted into a specific area, I have absolutely no problem using the app to get alerts and to live view when not at home, also is good to mention that remote monitoring resolution can be adjusted so it makes it easy over cell network, you can also record into the microsd, there is no need for complex port forwarding settings when using the app.. If there is a negative side I will say is the absence of a power switch but the usb power cord is easy to unplug so is not affecting the stars, very happy with the camera after a week of intense use.

We had an issue where someone kept opening the gate to our yard and leaving it open. This camera helped solve the mystery It looks nice, has easy setup and a good picture. It does not do well through windows during times of direct sunlight and as others have mentioned, the reflection of the IR lights will net let it see through a window at night. I like how I can control the PTZ functions from my phone, although it is a little laggy, but that is to be expected from a WiFi camera. This model takes a SD card which I thought would be nice to take out and put in my computer to view video. That is not an option as the file format it records the video on is some weird format that is normally used for embroidery files. IKR? After hours of research, I could not find a solution and have not heard back from customer support yet after a day and a half. I found that I can view the video on the card, but it is tedious as "live" video is saved in 3 minute clips and there are no fast forward controls, so to find an event that motion didn't pick up, I have to wade through hundreds of 3 minute video clips in real time. This camera is best used indoors in my opinion, where there is less direct sunlight and shadows. It is great for live viewing, but I have not tested the motion detection indoors to see how it does. Overall a good camera for the price as long as you are prepared for what you are getting.

So easy to install! And i like that it looks minimalist, really looks good on my baby cabinet beside the crib. Also, i like to clearness of the video!! same goes to the night vision - really impressed!!!

I like the ability to rotate the camera angle through mobile app and have a good look at every corner of the home, even when I am 1000 miles away from my home.
