The fabric is not heavy you will need a backing.
The colors are so vibrant I love it. Fabric not heavy but I added a cotton backing.

Wonderful to look at!
I used this for a display and received many compliments. My husband, who has VERY different taste than I do, liked it, too. I love purple, tie-dye, and batik, and this kind of did the trick for me!
