Por el precio que cuesta, la cantidad de cápsulas (80) y ser orgánico me he quedado utilizando la marca y seguiré comprándola hasta que aparezca otra que la supere. Este es mi segundo frasco y estoy encantada con el producto porque solo requiere 1 cápsula al día. No soy muy fan a los que piden beber 2 y 3 cápsulas al día, ya que no es practico.Recomiendo entrarle algodón dentro del frasco si vives en una zona húmeda o los guardas en un lugar con humedad, para que se conserven por mas tiempo.PS. Tras beberlo la orina te saldrá muy amarilla debido al complejo B.

These vitamins were HIGHLY recommended to me by a nutrition and exercise physiologist. Because this is a "whole food" product, he said this particular brand sold primarily at Costco are the best on the market.Since my first purchased bottle of these vitamins August 2019....I don't use any other. I am hooked. It's a moderately large pill. No bitter taste. Should be taken in the morning after a meal. I say that because I have taken it without food and maybe because of the potency of the vitamin, my tummy felt woozy. But when taken after a meal, I feel energetic, alert and able to get tons of work done all day.I believe with other "name brand" popular multivitamins on the market, we are getting lots of synthetic additives, causing potential harm down the road.I question everything medicinal. I don't take any prescribed meds. I would not take this supplement if I were not 100% comfortable with it!!!!!I feel a difference when I miss a day too. Just as it was highly recommended to me, I also recommend anyone who needs a little extra boost that you aren't getting in your diet, try this. And if your diet is 100% on point healthy, yet you are aging and naturally lacking certain minerals, this is PERFECT for you too.

There is nothing not to like about this vitamin. The list of whole food ingredients in this product is amazing and can only be found in much more expensive ones ...organic and non gmo fruits and veggies for a very affordable price. I tell all my friends about this one.

Disgusting smell and taste....Huge pill so difficult to swallow...Better that you make them smaller and advise us to take two....I only tried taking them for a week....now they just sit...reminding me of wasted money.
