I have an iPhone 6 that WAS locked (not anymore, obviously) to AT&T (GSM network), I'm going to Paris for a week in 9 days and bought a pay-as-you-go European (Also GSM network) sim card to use while I'm there. I put the chip in under the European one (setting it up before my trip) and it worked. I then tried to switch back to AT&T without the chip and it didn't work but once I put the chip under it it did. So you just have to keep the chip under whatever sim card you're using and it won't be locked!

At first I was really worried that the card wouldn’t work. You just follow the steps on the card. And make sure you email them for the code. They respond fast. I used this for a locked phone under a sprint carrier. Then I switched it to T-Mobile under a prepaid plan. I really recommend this product this saved me a lot of money.

Saved me $2000 because Sprint is a joke. The product did end up working after I waited a day for the new ICCID. If you rest the phone or the battery dies, you need a new ICCID, but if there isn’t one avalible you can’t unlock your phone. Even so, they keep it updated, so you should be able to check for an ICCID before you do any turning off of your phone. I’m happy with this product, and can’t complain:)

They don’t write in the details that you have to leave you chip in at all times for it to work. Many people unlock phones without leaving “chips” in your phone for cheaper and faster and iOS upradable.. Can’t upgrade to newest softwAre and apple ocasionaly blocks new iemi numbers so you cannot use this chip. #nohonorinthereproduct

Used this for TMobile iPhone 7+ to be able to work on cricket. Just make sure you have iOS version up to date! All the website sites and stores want to charge 70$ for carrier unlock this is way cheaper!!!! You have to keep this in with your sim card but it goes in easy.

So far - it has been a struggle.Great customer service- several emails.Turns out tI lie failed and there was an issue with my SIM card serial number.I didn’t really need this.I have a sprint phone. I have a T-Mobile SIM card for it.The videos in the website have no words. That doesn’t help me.It was rough and frustrating. It now I’m happy.

I does what it claims. At first I couldn't get it to work because I didn't know the OS needs to be 12.2. I thought the product was a fail but I emailed customer service and they replied very quick and told me to update the OS. Once it did that then everything worked. I'm very happy and satisfied with the product and service.

The communication is great, the quality of this unlock sim is much better than many chip analogs in market. I just unlocked iPhone xr, you just need to play and adjust it a little bit. Definitely recommend.
