Bought this in case Covid-19 shuts down everything and we have to sort ourselves out - I have an 87 year old mother-in-law and a partner with a bad chest to take care of.The instructions are woefully inadequate but it's not hard to figure how to connect everything. The more pressing question was if it actually generated oxygen. I remembered the old glowing taper experiment from O level chemistry, bubbled the output into a bottle under water, and hey presto, the taper burst into flame. So it does produce O2. Also managed to boost my wife's pO2 from 94% to 98% when she breathed off it - so it really works. Also quiet enough to be able to sleep with it left on. A bonus is the 400W inverter that plugs into a car cigarette lighter, that might come in handy for escaping from zombies.It has an ionizer built-in, a simple humidifier and a weird extra plastic cylinder but no mention of any of these in the instructions. I give it 5 stars despite these minor quibbles: the build quality is excellent, the accessories are complete.Updated 24 Apr 2020: the company very kindly sent some extra filters and spare nasal cannulae. Customer service is as excellent as the buld quality of this device.Fingers-crossed this will be one of those things you have and never need, rather than need and never have.Thanks guys, a really great product with really great customer service

The robust machine and sleek modern appearance do give confidence. You will probably need to watch a few Youtube videos both for this product and others to familiarise yourself with oxgen concentrators. The instructions are a bit sparse and except for the hunidifier leaflet (but it does show a diagram) are in English.The big step is opening the package and tackling this! You can do it. It is easy.I now know how to use it and it sits in the corner set up for use. It will give you peace of mind. I would recommend buying an oximeter to go with it (not so easy to buy at the moment).Note the warning that oxygen is flammable and the machine must be used with that in mind.Should you run in to difficulties the Sales Department at the manufacturer respond fast to emails and have perfect English.Stay safe.

Oxygen humidifier was too small so even when filled right before going to bed part way through the night it would run low on water.Good machine with travel bag just didn't work out for me.

Perhaps if you've used one of these before you can work it out. The instructions are worse than poor/unintelligable/pigeon english/multiple spelling mistakes/impenetrable to understand. Some items supplied in this kit are simply not revered to, and the youtube instruction that is referred to (that has spelling issues) doesn't yield any results, nor does the company name and model number. I think some/all of the other reviews may be employee/product owner generated? The unit does switch on and seems to deliver something through the headset. Hope it works if we need it...

Product support is very good , which kind of negates the poor instructions. It’s a good , well built bit of kit.Im very happy with the purchase .
