A regular or a super? I have short, thick hair and I'm trying to get my hair back naturally straight.** A: I only use Nairobi regular relaxers for my hair, I'm sure it doesn't matter which perm you decide to use, If your hair is really thick I would definitely use the regular first, you could leave it on for a couple of extra minutes. **Q: does it work for men?** A: I've used this for years and have had no problems at all.
