Excellent
Great little brush for a reasonable price. The tips are just stiff enough to give a mild scrubbing action while lathering. And just like any real badger brush there is a mild odor for the first few shaves that fades away.

Not so great as I'd hoped
The brush is OK but sheds quite a bit and after 3 months now, it still smells like Wet Dog!No wonder why those badgers are so mean!

Not a good brush by any measure.
This is a poor brush. It is not by any means high density nor is it as stiff as a pure badger brush should be. It does create a passable lather but the experience is unsatisfactory. I only bought it because I was away from home and forgotten my shaving kit. I recommend you spend $20 more and get a better brush.

Well worth the price!
I almost bought a cheep one...For 35 bucks though this thing is well worth the price. Plus it's just cool. Why you ask? Your using hair from arguably the meanest animal to ever walk the face of the earth to shave with! If they ever come out with a wolverine hair brush I'm so gunna buy one! Some people commented on the smell at first and yea it's there but after two uses for me it was gone. I read a post about a guy sayen he does the ABCs three times to build a good lather and that's defiantly a good tip. Do that twice and the smells gone.

Good brush. After 15 days or so of use
Good brush. After 15 days or so of use, It fell apart. Just had a problem with the workman ship. The Badger brush fell out of its glue handle. There wasn't enough glue and not applied properly. I refilled the cavity with a non water-soluble fast setting glue. Have used it for several months now and is working well. Gave it 3 because I had to drive 30 miles round trip to get the glue and the aggravation. s___ Happens.Muskie.
