Doesn’t fit without modification
It hits the engine support bracket mounted to the trans. Had to remove a heat shield and dent the header to clear

Not for 2wd or 4wd
Fits 22RE head. Doesn’t fit my 4wd 1988 pickup though. Unless you have metal fabrication equipment/experience NO NOT BUY. I have a rusty 4wd 22RE pickup header laying around and it’s clear that the individual 1.5” header pipes extend much longer to pass through that sections others mentioned this header wouldn’t clear. I’m going to practice fabing 1.5” stainless thanks to this unfortunate situation but I could very well end up with a garbage 200$ piece of junk afterwards. Thankfully this isn’t my only vehicle or I’d be really upset.
