Perfect fit.
I needed these to a hang a glass white board with precut holes. Holes measured about 9-10mm which worked perfectly with 16mm width of cap and a length of 25mm ( if you want whatever you are hanging to stand off more from the wall go with a longer length maybe 30-50mm. Hope this helps :)

You’ll be fine as long as you don’t expect too much
I suppose that for the cost, I got exactly what I should have expected. It was a package of 10. Of the first 4 I pulled out, 2 were dented, one was used, and the 4th had a small hole.
