I could not purchase the one part that needed to be replaced, and the "sale" price from OtterBox was $46.00 plus shipping. I really didn't want to spend that much for my 3 1/2 year old phone, so I searched Amazon Prime, and found this 3 part case, priced at $12.98. Almost all of the reviews were positive, with a few stated that the case did not fit their phone. I decided that this product had a free return period, so I ordered it, and received my package 2 days later. This case fit my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 perfectly, and the 3 parts of this case were not different in terms of quality, function or fit. I'm very pleased, and in the future,, will order from this supplier when I get a new phone.
