Disappointed
I did not like the fact that this equipment did not function properly. I had this device charging for a total of 1 hour and it would not start up. I tried to reboot the device as well and it did not work. I also noticed some of the construction to be flawed as I could see the inside of the iPod through the buttons.I'm currently in the process of obtaining a refund.

I Pod doesn't Work.
You charged me as if this was brand new and the damn thing doesn't work. Better Business Bureau for you people.

Battery performance
I went from a 6th gen to this 7th gen. What a mistake. The battery dies after 2 nights and needs to be recharged or kept plugged in on my nightstand. I love the iPod, but I despise Apple for their product construction. I use my iPod to listen to spoken word stuff all night long as I have terrible tinnitus and I need something besides the ringing in my ears to hear. I put it on low volume and fall asleep. The battery dying is a real problem. I used to get an entire week out of my 6th gen.

My iPhone does much more than the iPod but I just like the old iPod

didn't ever do what it was supposed do
After I got Apple Care to download all my Apple Music, I could not get anything on the iPod...either thru my computer, ear buds or in my car...
