Mine arrived yesterday and was assembled today. It came very well packed with no parts missing. The instructions aren't great, but in fact assembly was perfectly straightforward. Two nice touches were that they included one spare screw of each size, which was useful as one had come out of the factory imperfectly moulded, and a dear little pair of cotton gloves to wear while assembling - I didn't, but it was a kind thought all the same.It's early days but so far it feels comfortable. The controls all work perfectly, and the whole thing gives an impression of good quality for the price. I have left the headrest off after trying it, as I can't see much point in it and the chair looks smaller and neater without.Update, several weeks later: I am 76 but fit and active and still working part-time in a fairly physical business. I do not have trouble with my back, ever. Until I started using this chair! It feels comfortable while you're using it, nothing's fallen off, and I can't prove that it's the chair at fault. But in the last three weeks after doing no heavy lifting at all and not having done anything I don't normally do, I have been experiencing worrying pain in my lower back. That's a bit of a coincidence, I think?

Doing more of work from home, and using normal chair started having back ache. So upgraded to this ergonomic chair. I'm so happy for making this decision. After making sure the spec's and dimensions are as needed, ordered and received in heavy box with well packed. Not easy setup, but not need to be rocket scientist to assemble. Though the manual is very handy to have this beautiful chair. Back support is very good and cushion with mesh type for good air flow for long hour's working. Adjustment's like tilt and height are easy to play around and suit's any type use like having a decent sleep too. While arm rest's and head rest can also be adjusted. I'm so used to this chair now I hate sitting in any other. Even my back is getting better. Overall worth the price it's selling and sure it's last's longer and durable the way it's built. Would recommend for sure

Tl:dr: clear instructions with all tools and screws included, a plethora of adjustments can be made to it, comfy on my back for long periodsGot me this chair because I needed another one with a solid back support and head rest/arm rests. This one was cheaper than some of the others and was easy enough to assemble: just had to follow the provided instructions. It came with spare screws which was useful since I lost one!Once assembled it's highly adjustable: arm rest height, headrest height, backrest resistance tension, seat height can all be adjusted. Took me a few minutes to get it right for me but haven't had to change it since.Materials make it not too heavy, but tis' comfy enough when sitting on it for some time. Chuffed since it's slightly cheaper than the others

The back of the seat is tilted too much backwards at the lowest possible angle. Combined with the chair being too high this results in a need to look down all the time. I didn't buy this chair to get as a bonus a cervical herniation on top of a lumbar one.The cushion is way too big. Mistake in the manual (short 4pcs vs big screws) but relatively easy to assemble. Poor finish for a 125 pound chair. Pretty much all aspects of this item under consideration are not right.Overall highly disappointed.

Great chair to begin with - but after the first month the chair lost its ability to lock the lean feature, meaning that it is always lent back as far as possible - which is almost horizontal. Was really hoping a £120 chair would last more then a month.

The chair is very sturdy and easy to put together. As an added bonus :) it is also very comfortable and the material is nice and breathable it will not overheat you.Would recommend.
