Works great!
I specifically needed a 220v sous vide appliance. I live overseas most of the time and I knew a 110v model wouldn't work with a transformer. My old crockpot, with a ceramic liner, had broken and a replacement was too heavy to pack. That's what started me looking for an alternative way to slow cook meat. I researched the sous vide method and decided to give this a try. This plugs in and works perfectly. I am still figuring out the options with meats, and have liked that I can cook them without adding liquid. I love using it for cooking hamburgers and beef cubes that come out juicy and tender. Although I still may need a regular slow cooker for making broths, I can even heat frozen sauces and leftovers with the sous vide cooker have them ready when I want them, if I either freeze them before I vacuum seal them in the bag, or use the resealable bag submersion method. I don't defrost leftovers or vegetables for much more than half an hour, though, since they become too soft.I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Don’t buy this or anything from Amazon
The devise turns off while cooking in high temperatures, it gets rusty, the last devise it’s stopped working completely and Amazon blocked me from customers service, so I won’t recommend buying this devise or buying from Amazon that won’t help their customers after paying a lot of money for a devise

Very simple to use
Great product - have used it only a few times so far but does exactly what I want it to do - the controls are extreamly simple to operate and it heats up the water very quickly.I've recommended it to several people already.

E04 regardless of water level and getting rusty
The media could not be loaded. The main issue is getting error message E04, no matter what is the level of the watet. Sometimes just moving the device a little helps, sometimes not. Also, after a week, the metal sleeve become rusty.User intetface is simple, but not friendly since you have to click the SET button many times just to set the time.

Panel touch no funciona
The media could not be loaded. No funciona bien la pantalla táctil, todo lo demás bien, sin embargo la carcaza tenia señales de haber sido abierta, no lo recomendaría.
