Power Rangers Megaforce #3: Panic in the Parade Paperback – August 27, 2013

licensed comics are something of a dilemma...its hard to do decent likenesses or there is an over-reliance on photo references everyone knows by heart...this skirts the issue by using manga-ized versions of the actors but keeps the technical likenesses of the rangers, equipment, etc pretty accurate (moreso than a lot of other licensed Power Rangers comics have done in the past)...the stories aren't quite on the level of what you'd get on the tv show, but taken as 'between episode' filler, they also aren't as bad as they could be (and again, there have been some really bad comics done before, and let's face it: it's a kid show to sell toys so the stories aren't going to be ground-breaking)...

This is a cute little comic for PR fans to ready, it's a light read. A little short for the price [64 pages] but it's still cute, especially when you can get it in sale for around $6-$8.

This is a pretty cool book. If you're into Power Rangers or know someone who is this makes for a nice gift.

My 8 year old nephew in Australia loves the rangers. He's an avid reader and asks often if the next one's come out (it has).

Really nice, but my son is a bit young to be reading it. I didn't know when I bought it but the book is comic illustrations .
