Honestly, this is the best blow dryer. I know it seems expensive compared to the other blow dryers in the market but it's worth EVERY penny!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Horrible and will melt in your hand!
I am a hair dresser and was recommended this blow dryer from a co-worker. If I could rate this at 0 stars I would. I have given the corporate office a chance to make up for what happened, but they were unwilling to fix their mistake.I bought this blow dryer about a year ago and it was working great for about 6 months. During those 6 months, there were moments in time when I smelt something burning, but just figured that I was just imagining things. During the 7th month, I realized that I wasn't imagining things when the blow dryer blew up in my hand internally. It completely shut down and smoke came from the handle. This was when I was with the client!!! I figured that this could be a defective blow dryer so I sent it in to which Taiff sent me a new blow dryer. I was grateful other than it taking about 2 weeks to get a new one. About 5 uses into the new blow dryer that I had received, the speed button melted once again inside the handle and I was unable to turn the blow dryer off so I had to unplug it. I was furious and figured that Taiff would be more than willing to send me an upgrade to their top of the line blow dryer for the inconvenience that I had to go through. They unfortunately did not feel the same way, they fixed a broken blow dryer and also sent me the speed button to show me where it melted. HIGHLY RECOMENDED
I have been using this hair drying for the past 10 yrs. My original one fell on the floor and one of the blades inside broke but yet it continued to work fine it just made a lot of noise. It recently stopped heating a lot so I decide to purchase another one. I highly recommend it! Especially if you have frizzy hair.
