I bought it for my wife

so far so good
i started taking dim to balance my hormones and help out with my pcos. now that i am working with a holistic physician and working on my long standing fertility issues I found out i have an estrogen imbalance. Taking DIM I'm hoping is riding my body of xenoestrogens. I feel like it working because my mood is definitely better and my urine is orange which means its working and filtering. so far so good. Hormonal acne
I've been suffering from hormonal acne since my teenage years. I've tried everything and anything on the market but never realized I had to deal with the source of the acne - hormonal imbalance. Ever since I started taking DIM I've seen a noticable improvement around my jawline and cheeks. I personally am also feeling more energetic, but maybe that's just placebo :)I've gone down in the size of cysts as well as the overall number. Best DIM on the market

Possibility A Good Product; But Not For Me
I took the pill after breakfast, drank plenty of water, kept food in my stomach but by the afternoon would feel terrible. I would feel very nauseas and my stomach would ACHE. After reviewing my blood work, I found out that my androgen levels are high NOT my estrogen. I believe this is why I felt sick on this product because DIM helps with high estrogen. I highly recommend anyone wanting to try this product to talk to their doctor. Without Zofran I wouldn't have made it.

Great for balancing hormones
I purchased this product to help balance estrogen dominance, and a perk has been getting the best quality sleep in years! I also didn't have the uncomfortable bloating the last two weeks of my cycle like I did before. I haven't had any adverse side effects, and I'm so happy with this product!

No more fibroids, i beat them
I had taken DHEA for 5weeks without warning that it would increase fibroids from less than 3cm to 10cm. Had those surgically removed and new ones came back 2.7cm and 2.8cm. Heard about dim and serrapeptase, added those to my Cellgevity and Maxone. After about 2 months my tests came back clean. No uterine fibroids anywhere.
