"Ergo" Detangling Brush PUR/TQ - Set of 2

These arrived in the mail today and I am so pleased with them! Finally a brush for tangles that works on thick hair!I have thick, coarse, wavy to curly caucasian hair. I first bought the Michael Mercier brush for thick, curly hair, but that was a joke. The bristles on that brush are pathetically short for anyone with thick hair.These brushes, on the other hand, are awesome! Long bristles that work perfectly though my thick hair to thoroughly get out knots, and brushing my hair with this brush leaves it softer and shinier! I am so happy! Only downside is that the are made for people who are right handed. I luckily am, but my husband isn't, and he was disappointed in that (not that he needs to use them). Still, awesome, A+ brush all around in my book! I'm so glad I got the two pack, I can keep one brush in each bathroom, or one in a gym bag, without worrying I might lose track of my one good brush. I will definitely buy another pack of two, one to keep in my travel bag and one to keep in my gym bag.Having hair that knots like crazy, this brush is a godsend!

Does not go through my daughter's very curly hair. She is biracial and has very small curls...many are S-curls, other are tiny coils. We had the Tangle Tamer, which easily slipped through the knots in my daughter's hair without pulling or causing tears. This brush seemed attractive with its handle, but when I use it, it pulls her hair and hurts her head. I have resorted to the boar bristle brush, which does not get all of her hair, but at least does not cause her significant pain when brushing.

Theses brushes only do a fair job of detangling. The bristles are quite stiff. My main complaint is the "Ergo" design. It might be ergo for a right-handed person but they are a disaster for us lefties. The brush feels very awkward and flips out of my about every other stoke. The pictures don't really show the true shape of these so I couldn't tell it might be a problem before ordering.

They look beautiful and work to detangle twisted hair. But the teeth are very hard and any touching will make my skin painful.

These are a little too stiff for my daughters, but perfect for the dogs. We have a very curly golden-doodle and this brush works great for getting out his tangles

I bought these for my 10 year granddaughter who always had tangled hair. She never let anyone help her with the tangles. These worked great and now she brushes her hair every night begore going to bed. Her tangles are now a thing of the past.

I actually cancelled my order 2 weeks ago and i still received it today i have extremely long hair and this type of brush the bristles are too hard

The bristles on this brush are really hard and hurt my kids head when I brush their hair.
