Cuts through the ice like butter. Paired with an older DeWalt 18v, I can get 18-20 holes in 24" of ice no problem on about half a 5a lithium battery. Had same drill on a mora brand auger, which worked well, but it's not even a close comparison, this one wins by a landslide. Comparable to a Strikemaster Lazer, probably could use the same blades, but this auger is much cheaper and the blades cost less. The offset handle for hand augering is much better once you get used to it. You use both arms, compared to the other brands where you use one arm to spin and the other as a pivot. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I do like this.but it's lacking a center pin to keep in place.yiu have to turn with both hands to keep it upright and centered.tskes s few to get used to.but works well.

Packed for recent ice fishing trip in Maine. Worked great. Blades made quick work of holes. Blade cover and ability to break down into two pieces made traveling easy, just threw in duffel with traps. Had 6 holes before wife had the ice hut up.

We bought this for our granddaughter who loves ice fishing. She also got a drill with an adapter that hooks onto this auger making it easier for her to drill her holes.

Very easy to put together and store.Yes, It takes less than a minute to put together. Has a very nice cover for the blade.

Perfect. Blade seems to still be sharp after 75 holes drilled or so in 8-12 inches of ice. AbleTo pull this 4.5lbs small mouth through the 6 inch size aug with no problems.

Goes through a foot of ice with ease. And fast 👍
