The Beyoncé of Wound Washes
Let me tell you—this stuff? ICONIC. NeilMed Cleanse is the wound wash equivalent of showing up to your healing journey in a silk robe with a latte in hand. It’s that good.Got a fresh piercing, a rogue razor nick, or a minor battle scar from being too fabulous? This spray is here like, “Don’t worry, babe. I got you.” It’s sterile, gentle, and doesn’t burn like some of those wild west first-aid solutions that make you question your life choices. The spray nozzle? Powerful. Maybe a little too powerful if you’re not ready—like, it doesn’t mist you, it announces its presence. I recommend easing into it unless you want to hydro-blast your earlobe into the next zip code. But hey, dramatic flair, right?Bottom line: if you’re serious about clean, sting-free healing and want your wounds or piercings to feel like they’re getting VIP treatment, NeilMed is your glam squad in a can. Just don’t leave it lying around—your friends might steal it.

Helped with pain
My dog has a sore on their leg that won’t heal, and she has been whining a lot recently about it.I asked ChatGPT what to do, and it said I should spray it with saline. After spraying the wound my dog had calmed down a lot and seems much more comfortable. I think the spray helps kill bad bacteria in the wound. It definitely helps a lot.My dog is feeling much better after I used this product on her wound. It really works.

Looking for sterile saline solution I found this at the right price
Looking for sterile saline for internal use I found the saline ampules on offer did not list them as sterile. I found other saline products that were sterile listed that-sterile- as the first item in the description always. And sterility is a big deal for any internal use or contacts use or wound care. This container cannot become contaminated during use as it is a spray out with no way to open the can. I can't imagine how it's helpful to pay over a dollar for 5ml saline if not sterile, especially if it's sea salt. What would non- sterile saline be used for at $1.++/5ml? Easy enough to make, measure the water and add a few grains of salt, use a scale if you need isotonic saline. Why would anyone risk buying non- sterile saline for use on contacts, eye flushing or wound care? So many product recalls and unregulated manufacturers out there now, I don't want to take the risk. Many advertised as inhalation use for people with illness or chronic conditions whom I would have thought especially need a sterile solution. I look at one "lab" website and found one also made cleaning stuff, toys and other miscellaneous stuff, not the other medical supplies I expected.I hope now they don't just read this and start just printing sterile on the tubes if they are not sterile. If they were actual medicinal use sterile products legitimately, they would never mislabel and need to be "corrected". Real medicinal labs know better. Please correct me if I missed something in my assessment, or if I am wrong about something here.

Amazing for wounds!
My 4 year old scrapped up his hand really bad and we needed something to keep it clean. He refused to use water because he said it would sting him. Once we tried this saline he said it never burned or stung. It’s such a relief knowing we had a way to clean it without bringing him any discomfort. Stocking up on this product for sure.

Be careful while spraying!!
I bought this after doing a few of my own piercings at home, and it’s honestly just like any other saline. Just make sure you don’t spray too hard and angle it right so you don’t put it all over the place. I just spray it on a cotton pad, q-tip, or directly on the piercing and let it air dry. It really helped reduce irritation and kept everything clean without that stinging sensation other products sometimes cause. It’s also great that it’s just sterile saline with no extra chemicals. The can lasts a while too, even with daily use. Definitely something I’ll keep around for any future piercings or even minor cuts. Definitely worth it.

Works quickly!
Got the bubble to go down within two days on my nostril nose ring, I did also put a stud in to help it heal easier. It is well worth the money and works great! So cheap and easy and I’d order it again for future piercings.

Great for cleaning piercings
This is great and has many uses but I use it to clean my piercings. This does just the trick to keep my piercings clean so they don’t get smelly. The solution is gentle doesn’t burn or sting!

Nozzle doesn't work right
The spray nozzle on this can doesn't work properly. It popped off at the first try and it won't snap down again. Makes keeping the saline sterile a tough job. It sprays out in a steady stream, where with wounds, a finer spray wouldn't hurt so much.
