Very sleek design.Honestly, on looks alone this recorder is miles above the plastic devices you usually see, and the mikes seem to be sensitive enough to pick up what I need them to without too much background noise. I use this for a bi weekly DND game because I want to pay attention, rather than trying to take notes at the same time, and also for classwork for the same reasons. I hate having to ask people to repeat themselves.It is incredibly tiny, and this is a good thing. It doesn't take up nearly as much room as any of the standard or digital recorders I've used in the past and it's rechargeable which is something I look for in anything I buy these days.There are a few small things I have concerns with. Firstly, the interface takes some getting used to but that is usually to be expected with a device of this size. I would like it if the system automatically switched to SD storage once full rather than having to manually set the location. I'm still not sure how I feel about the SD card reader and how easy it is to put in the sd card or take it out.The biggest thing to keep in mind with this product is what you need it to do. For me, I need something that can record for 8 hours or more straight without having to make any changes or adjustments to it. I need to be able to save and upload the recordings for editing or to store on my cloud drive and I need something that is small enough that It doesn't add to my already overloaded backpack. In these categories this item is a total win.

Well, the darn thing isn’t behaving. When I press the appropriate button to change file type, I begin recording. And getting it to delete is a flaky procedure. The instructions spell it all out. Jumping between options should be a piece of cake. It isn’t. But I do like the design and sound quality. Storage space is good, too. Three stars for the hassle that “accessing options” cause.

This product does not accept an external mic. the instructions were not translated correctly. aside from that it is a nice product for the price, however I can not use this as I needed to use a Lavalier Microphone.

Too hard to use.

Rats, I really had high hopes for this thing, but for me it's $30 down the drain. The interface is not well-designed.- Menus are really hard to use. The display can only display about 6 characters on a line, so to use a menu you have to move to each item, and wait while the screen scrolls so you can read the item.- There are two buttons on the right which usually function as ENTER and MENU, but their function changes depending on what you're currently doing.- The volume buttons are between the forward and back buttons.- If you shut the unit off while it's recording, you get a corrupted file, which you cannot delete individually. The only way to get rid of it is to delete all files or through the PC interface.- Once you start recording, you cannot cancel the recording. You have to save it, and then delete it.Worst of all, there is no way to tell the device to stop at the end of each recording before playing the next. I intended to use the device to record to-do items, such as "Call Steve" and "Take out the trash". I want it to stop after each recording so I can do the task or write it down, but this thing just plays all the recordings end-to-end as if they all made up one long recording. Even if I were using the recording for meetings or classes, I can't imagine want it to automatically play the next recording.On the plus side, the sound quality of the speakers isn't bad (didn't try the included earphones), and it connected easily to my computer.I could maybe live with everything else if it were able to stop after each recording, the the non-stop playback is a deal-killer for me. Sorry I bought it.

This is a perfect tool for situation. I can't take notes fast enough for my professor so I decided to record him and this works out just fine. I could play back my recordings and pick out what notes I need. It records clearly, and playback is crisply clear also. I also put some of my music to listen to when I'm not recording. All in all this was a perfect buy for me, it sure makes class much easier for me.

This is a very handy little recorder that you does it all. It records, playback, and has internal and external storage, it comes with earphones so I can review my recordings anytime anywhere and Noone knows because this is also an mp3 player for my music.WOW all in all its a great product and I'm having so much fun playing around with it.
